The admissions against all the available seats shall be made through counselling strictly according to the provisions of the Academic Regulations of the university and amended from time to time taking into considerations the guidelines/norms prescribed by the state Government and the Indian Council of Agriculture Research (ICAR). The admission of students to different programs are made according to the reservation of seats to different categories.

Minimum Qualification

10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized University/ Board with a minimum of 40% aggregate marks (35% marks in case of SC/ ST)


Basis of Admission

The basis of admission shall be merit as determined by the 10+2 examination. In case two or more candidates obtain the same percentage of marks, the elder in age shall be considered for admission. The basis of admission shall be merit as determined by Entrance Test.
