Pesticide Residue Analysis Services
The Pesticide Residue Laboratory, Department of Entomology, provides advanced and reliable pesticide residue analysis services for a wide range of agricultural crops, fruits, vegetables, medicinal plants, soil, and water samples. As an NABL Accredited Laboratory (ISO/IEC 17025:2017) in fruits and vegetable residue analysis since 2014, the facility ensures scientifically robust, high-precision testing aligned with national and international quality standards.

Laboratory Capabilities
State-of-the-art analytical platforms, including
- LC–MS/MS for multi-residue quantification of polar and semi-polar pesticides
- GC–MS/MS for detection of volatile and thermally stable pesticide residues
Well-equipped sample processing facilities, including homogenization, extraction, cleanup, and safe storage infrastructure (deep freezers, cold room facilities).
Validated and standardized QuEChERS and other extraction methods for multi-residue analysis.
Highly trained technical staff with extensive experience in pesticide residue research and regulatory compliance.
