This Privacy Policy applies to the Him SHIKHAR mobile application, developed and published by Agritech Consortium (JaivikHaat Pvt. Ltd. and Mantra Labs Global Pvt. Ltd.) for Dr Yashwant Singh Parmar University of Horticulture and Forestry, Solan, Himachal Pradesh, India. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring your personal information is handled securely and responsibly.
Used for runtime permissions related to the shared external storage.
Allows an application to read from external storage and write to external storage.
Used for camera related operations.
Allows an application to use the phone's camera for all camera-related operations as required by the app. This might include clicking photographs, making videos, etc.
Used to check connectivity of the internet.

The Application obtains the information you provide when you download and log in to the Application. However, please keep in mind that you may not be able to use all features offered by the Application unless you log in with us.
In addition, the Application may collect certain information (location) automatically.
This Application collects precise information about the location of your mobile device when it is open, but this is only shared with us when you attach your selfie with a farmer at the time of inspection. This is required to identify the location of the User.
The application does not share your information with third parties but uses a third-party SDK to match the user's selfie with their profile. The application will also take permission from the user after installation for this purpose.
You may use the standard uninstall processes available on your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace. You can also request to opt-out via email at suspnf@gmail.com.

We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor the materials posted in the public areas of the service or to limit or deny a user’s access to the Application or take other appropriate action if a user violates these Terms of Use or engages in any activity that violates the rights of any person or entity or which we deem unlawful, offensive, abusive, harmful or malicious.
We have the right to remove any such material that in our sole opinion violates, or is alleged to violate, the law or this agreement or which might be offensive, or that might violate the rights, harm, or threaten the safety of users or others.
